DRASS Red Lifted 2020 LADAKH WINTER SPORTS CARNIVAL,
Jr (Under 18 ) Ice Hockey & Skating Championship,by Defeating Drass Winter Games Association,by 04 -0 Was organised by Kargil Ice & Snow Sports Club in Collaboration with Letsleh.com from 15 to 20 Feb 2020 at Ice Hockey Rink of Kiss Club at Beyamathang Kargil Ladakh.
Total 06 teams has participated in the Carnival, Championship.
Sh Vivek Bakshi Brigadier 121 Inf Div ( Army) was the Chief Guest on the Closing Ceremony.Sh Vivek Bakshi Brigadier apprised the role of Org Committee, Kargil Ice & Snow Sports Club and Letsleh.com for its intiative to promote these Games and give chance to players shocase their talent Just like other area of India. And he said that all possible help for development of Winter Sports in future as per past.
The Worthy Chief Guest Distributed the the Trophies, Medals, Certificate, Memontoes to the Winner, Rineer up, Third place, Teams & Memontoes to the officials. And Short Track Speed Skating Middles, Memontoes was distributed by Miss Jigmate Spaldon District Coordinator of Nehru Yuva Kendriya Sanghathan Kargil . District officers, Army Officers, And Various prominent Civilizies of District Kargil were also present on the Occasion.
Mr Aman Ali Khan Gen Secretary of Kargil Ice & Snow Sports Club give a brief details of Activities and said under sadbhavana Strive to bridge the gap between public and Army.
He requested to Worthy Chief Guest to Restore of Ice Hockey Rink of Pargive, Khangral & Budkharboo.on Peroriy basis.and to provide Ice Hockey Equipments to the player’s just like others Area of Ladakh,Like Drass, Changthang, Leh etc.And thanked the Worthy Chief Guest,for assistance from 121 Brigadier to conduct of the Carnival and Kacho Feroz Hon’ble CEC LAHDC Kargil, Deputy Commissioner Kargil, SSP Kargil, PWD, Medical, Information, and all Departments of District Kargil for Cooperation of Successfully Conduct of Carnival at Kargil Ladakh.
